A person who influenced me significantly is my father. He’s had such an impact on what I think and how I feel about things like voting, and in telling me the importance and how lucky we are to live in a country that is a democracy, and to live in a place that we are lucky enough to vote, and the people who are in power are the people that we decided should be in power.
